President

With over fifteen years experience as an international senior management consultant, Al Eriksson specialized in information technology and operations at the enterprise level. His clients were among some of the largest financial institutions and retail companies. The consulting engagements he completed resulted in significant gains in productivity and profitability for the client. Using that background and expertise, he brings a unique range of competencies as president of 13 Spokes from which all businesses can benefit. Since that time, Eriksson has guided 13 Spokes through nineteen years of continued growth, while still maintaining the core company values: “understanding your business – providing technology solutions to improve your results”.

Sheryl Graham

Chief Operating Officer

Sheryl oversees the firm’s business operations including sales, marketing, business development, and communications.

Chief Product Officer

Chris leads product management, design, and marketing functions globally. He is responsible for all of the core products and features.

Susan is CFO at Pursuit, where she leads the finance, facilities, and information technology teams across all locations nationwide.
